Counts Keglevic chose the location and started building the castle in the 17-th century. The castle Bezanec was restorated in 1990 by Siniša Križanec , on his own initiative. It was , and still is, the first equipped hotel-castle in Croatia , an active micro example of possible valorisation and commercialisation of the rest of the 54 , onetime, aristocratic homes in Hrvatsko Zagorje.>>>
